Product Information and Accuracy
We try our best to ensure all product pictures, descriptions, sizes, materials and craft details displayed on the website are accurate and consistent with physical items. All jewellery photos are taken in real shooting scenes. However, slight colour difference may exist due to different monitor displays, light environments and manual shooting angles, which will not be regarded as product quality problems. We reserve the right to update product styles, specifications and descriptions without prior notice according to inventory adjustment and design iteration.
Order Acceptance
After you submit an order and complete payment successfully, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered mailbox. This confirmation email only represents successful receipt of your order, instead of automatic order acceptance. We retain the right to reject or cancel orders for reasonable reasons, including but not limited to incorrect product pricing error, out-of-stock goods, suspected fraudulent orders, abnormal bulk orders or invalid customer information. We will issue a full refund promptly if we cancel your order actively.
Pricing and Payment
- Price Regulation: All product prices are quoted in British Pound (GBP), and all prices include relevant UK consumption tax. Shipping fee is free for all orders within the UK. We have the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice, while confirmed orders will follow the price displayed at checkout and will not be changed unilaterally.
- Payment Methods: We support multiple secure card payments, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. All transactions are processed via encrypted official payment channels.
- Payment Rules: You must complete full payment before order processing. We will not provide credit service or installment service. If your payment fails or is refused, please check your card status and network environment and retry payment.
Shipping Policy
All shipping services follow our official independent Shipping Policy. Key regulations are listed as follows: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment; order cut-off time is 16 UK time from Monday to Saturday, and no order processing on Sunday. All parcels are delivered by UPS, with standard delivery time 3-5 working days within the UK. We only provide delivery service for addresses located in the United Kingdom. Once parcels are dispatched, customers can track delivery status via the tracking number sent by our system.
Refund and Return Policy
All return, exchange, refund and order cancellation matters are subject to our official Refunds and Returns Policy. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 days after receiving parcels. All returned goods must be unused, unworn and kept with complete original packaging and tags. Freight fees shall be borne by the responsible party respectively. Orders can be cancelled for full refund before shipment; no cancellation is allowed after parcel dispatch, and customers need to follow standard return procedures instead.

We are not responsible for personal losses caused by customers' improper wearing, improper storage or artificial damage of jewellery products after delivery.
Our total maximum compensation liability for any order dispute shall not exceed the actual order amount paid by the customer.
Termination

All disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation firstly. If negotiation fails, both parties shall submit disputes to the local court of the United Kingdom for settlement.
